Dependencies:

MOD unlimited money: this city is ceating debt like crazy

MOD Network Extensions Project: a few roads were build while this mod was active.

ASSET: Aeration Basin: this city produces too much sewage for the local river to swallow. So I used an asset to "clean" the sewage water.

VERSION: probably this city uses elements of After Dark and Snow Fall. Also the Match Day Stadium has been used, but should not be mandatory to load the city.

The city loads without these 3 mods, but it will be an extreme challenge to get it running sound and well.
