Here is a link to Word Online. Keep in mind the list is not complete yet. You can use search function "ctrl+F" to search for a specific event.

Some events may have only one or two choices revealed. My approach is "Save > Make a choice > Write it down > Load > Make another choice"
But there is a catch. The rare events disappear after the load. I will make more game walkthroughs and fill in whats missing in the guide.

To do: More events; Cells with evens related to Faction Leaders will be coloured (red for Von Pfilzens, teal for Sant' Elia, green for Kilgannon and blue for Shuyskys)

Some give random options too. The journalist one as you mention. Event has come up multiple times, same family and the same option as yielding different results.

I've got a large portion of the tech events down in my guide (tooltips). Feel free to take them and add to your list.

Good list, but some events have the same options but different outcomes depending on which family you are playing. The journalist one f.e. the "ask him what you could do better" option gives a different result if you are the Kilgannons (+2 city-wide personal growth) than if you are the Von Pfilsens (who get a negative trait I think it was Gullible)
