mil points = militarisation for battles or breach for quick sieges. dutch republic rulers arent that good anymore

Yeah the max absolutism is good if you want fast WC.
Who need + 3 military skill? You drown in mil points after 1500.

Unless you are going for a pre 1650 WC, Dutch Republic is much better: Fore limit, more money and better monarch point early one.
