Omschrijving
Marriott International, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland in the Washington, DC metropolitan area,[2] has more than 5700 properties in over 110 countries and territories around the world (wikipedia).

This is a mid-rise moderate modern hotel. It was inspired by newer hotels developed specifically for suburban outdoor malls/lifestyle centers that emulate a more urban 'main street' design. Includes Starbucks on the Lobby Level. RICO setting included and functions as a residential building. Lot size is 8x5, and I really hate typing description after I've been struggling for hours trying to get it uploaded, so check back later for more info.

@zonda310 idk, lol. this pics were over a year old. I'm guess roads united core plus some US themed roads. I don't use that mod anymore tho

@mcam101 that was intentionally changed. After playing with the subscribed version as commercial with 25 jobs, It was lined with delivery trucks nonstop, it looked like a cargo hub...while my Walmart with 70+ jobs may get a delivery here and there. I have no idea how RICO determines that tho. However, if you want to change it back locally, you can always do so with the rico settings

@KingLeno It's a great model well done! The problem is though it actually appears as a high residential building rather thab a commercial building when the RICO setting is included. Can you fix this?

@hatsunekid thanks, maybe so, maybe not, but then the lights would be dark blue all the time during the day and never change and maybe people would comment "would be better with a proper illumination map"?
