This is stolen artwork, Salvador cropped the watermark at the bottom for some reason. Original artist is KasiaWo or KyashiAnn back in 2011. It sucks small artist get their ♥♥♥♥ stolen like this.

I have an issue with this... If we refer to Fallout 2 there's a ghoul in Gecko (I think) that says hes had to stop bathing because every time he does his skin peels off in clumps. So shouldn't the ghoul's foot be detaching?

they all have their feet in a toxic water pool. how much dumber can you get.
