@Not Anymore: If you are having trouble porting the new cosmetics into sfm because valve just doesn't care enough to update that part, use this website called loadout.tf (http://loadout.tf/) it will benifit you finding good pictures of newer cosmetic sets

Combat Medic (Modern): Combat Medic's Crusher Hat, Bunny Hopper's Balistic Vest, Quadwrangler. Also, with the Medieval Combat Medic, instead of the Foppish Physician, there's the Das MetalMeatEnCasen.
