My case is special: I was rank 50 (prestige 2), today they reset my rank and when I reached rank 4, all the customizable classes (including perks (pro)) that I had before this problem have been recovered. However, when I do the steps in this post, the server is configured again as it was before.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Is there a solution?

IMPORTANT

To all of you guys that have experienced this error multiple times and wonder how to fix it. Well you can´t, but you can prevent it rom happening. Whenever the game gives you the "downloading game settings" message, as it pretty often gives you in the menu or ingame. Whatever you do, DONT PRESS ESC when the settings is being downloaded. I have tried this method and I have prestiged 11 times without being reseted

So if you have been reset, tough luck. The only thing you can do is to keep grinding and follow my tip :)
