Recolors the hanging rosettes and etc in The Parish with the ones seen in the E3 trailer.

Quick mod i did because i wanted to see louisiana fall festival colors.
(The colors may look off or too saturated in my screenshots, this is because of the warm lighting on the parish and the games use of color correction and etc.)

I'd imagine valve desaturated them to make the rosettes look weathered, and not stand out with the drab environment. The post apocolyptic world would still be full of color, not monotone greys and browns. Looks good.

judging of E3 teaser (which was made on betaL4D2) 4th level c5m4_quarters of The Parish campaign was different: there was kinda fest, peoples were celebrating something, streets was decorated in multicolor baloons, carnival masks, trash and things on the floor belonging to fest, and police fences.
If you stop video at a right time you can see sing in the distance, it says "Louisiana Fall Festival", and at foreground is says "CRA(?)FEST", CEDA leaflet upon it.

In other words, there was a lot more festive supplies, level was more detailed.

I believe its possible to do so, for example see Dark Carnival decorated mod
