I myself encountered the same error message, so I don't think it's some mod issues that I can help solve.

I suspect its missing a flag or something which came with new patches/dlcs.. As long as it works properly I take it. However Cities: Skylines hasnt been very stable for me with mods installed, recently. Low FPS and such.

It is also strange, because, your 'Chinese Style Highway Exit' seems to work well. We just have a "warning" info.
