Small detailed island somewhere in the Pacific. Map itself is medium sized and has pretty large sky and water areas. This map could be good for animations & posing or maybe even killing npcs repeatedly.

i started to work on this map about 2 years ago, but this map took me a while, mainly because I didnt feel like finishing it.
Well, it's finally here!

• Modern mansion with a pool.
  
• Old ruined villa and stuff
  
• Spooky (not really) underground bunkers
  
• Giant yacht
  
• Giant Ocean
  
• Giant 3D-skybox
  
• Giant Ocean in the 3D-skybox
  
• Tons of foliage
  
• Ridiculously HD Custom textures, most of them are 2048x2048
  
• Custom detail sprites
  
• (Crap) HDR lighting
  
• Cubemaps

As far as performance goes, I havent really tested it. It shouldn't be too heavy due to maps small size but it isn't really optimized (visleaves etc...)

This map REQUIRES Counter-Strike: Source, because I used some Valves MATERIALS and MODELS in this map.
Also there is some content from HL2:EP2 (in the greenhouse).
If you DO own both games, and there is still errors, report them so I can take a look.

Don't come crying back if you dont have the files.
