download the file JoyMap1.bin.json https://www.dropbox.com/s/ubzqtprlwk5w6un/JoyMap1.bin.json?dl=0 and replace it in mgpls\CFG.
delete file mgpls\CFG\JoyMap1.bin
start menu, go to joystick to set the rest of buttons and to test if it works, you might need to edit the dead zone values depending on your controller.
