What This Guide Will Show You
This guide will explain how to get oxygen into a cockpit on both large and small ships that will stay planetside without the need for an oxygen generator or tank saving the player resourses, allowing for lighter ships, and smaller designs. The system works on any environment with at least an oxygen level of "Low".
Step 1: Locate The Access Port
Step 2: Place The Air Vent On The Access Port

Step 3: Enter The Cockpit
Step 4: Open The Configuration Menu and Select "Air Vent"
Step 5: Under "Depressurize" Select "On"
Step 6: Verify That There Is Oxygen In The Cockpit
Step 7: Verify The Air Vent Is On, Power WILL Be Needed In Order For This To Work)

Think about it: Depressurise means to "Suck oxygen" in, usually back to an oxygen tank. So based on what the guide tells you the air vent is trying to "depressurise" the whole planet, which is not possible thus allowing infinite supplies of oxygen. The only exception is Mars where no oxygen exists.

Fool proof and nicely done! =)

Yeah I do see how you've made it completely fool-proof.

@Csgoat I purposely made it thorough so that new players would be able to easily understand it.

Well made guide though.

I mean, its overkill really for such a simple trick.

@Doctor_Redstone I just went ahead and tested this for you and yes is does work in low oxygen environments!
Doctor_Redstone 26 Dec, 2016 @ 4:22pm
can you do this on low oxygen planets?

Known about this, but i guess many players need a simple way to get o2. Straping a o2 tank with this=Free o2+Stored o2 as well.
