Zen And The Art Of Satsuma Maintenance

If you're like me (a bit of an idiot) you might find a slightly more step-by-step list of the car parts useful.
So here's what's basically the guide on the wiki, re-written in the order done in the tutorial videos by DeivisBiceps

FULL GUIDE
NIP TO THE SHOPS

- Get food, motor oil, coolant, brake fluid x3, fan belt, petrol

BUILD THE BASIC CAR BODY

- Sub Frame 4x10mm
- Wishbones 2x10mm each
- Spindles 1x12mm each
- Disc Brakes (wait until halfshafts are in place) 1x14mm each
- Steering Rack 4x9mm
- HalfShafts 3x9mm each
- Steering Rods (black bits facing inwards) 1x12mm each (Wait to tighten until Struts are installed.)
- Struts 4x9mm, 3x10mm, 1x12mm (12mm Bolt Shared with Steering Rods.)
- Steering Column 2x8mm

BACK WHEELS:
- Trail Arms 2x12mm each
- Coil Springs
- Drum Brakes 1x14mm each
- Shock Absorbers 1x12mm,2x6mm each

- Wheels 4x13mm each
- Gear Stick 3x6mm
- Fuel Strainer 1x8mm
- Gear Linkage 3x5mm
- Brake Lining (funky end left) 8x7mm (and 1 at each wheel)
- Clutch Lining 2x7mm
- Clutch Master Cylinder 1x9mm, 2x8mm
- Brake Master Cylinder 1x9mm, 2x8mm
- Battery
- Radiator 4x7mm


BUILD AN ENGINE

- Crankshaft
- Bearings 6x9mm
- Camshaft 2x5mm
- Camshaft gear 1x10mm
- Pistons 8x7mm
- Timing chain
- Timing cover 6x6mm
- Engine plate
- Flywheel 6x7mm
- Assemble clutch pressure plate, cover plate and clutch disc + attach to flywheel 6x6mm
- Crankshaft pulley 1x11mm
- Water pump 5x7mm
- Water pump pulley 4x7mm
- Fan belt
- Alternator 1x10mm, 1x 7mm, 1x Screwdriver
- Head Gasket
- Cylinder head 10x7mm
- Rocker Shaft 5x8mm
- Rocker Cover 6x7mm
- Oilpan 8x7mm
- Gearbox 6x7mm,1x13mm
- Drive Gear 7x6mm
- Distributor 1x6mm
- Oil Filter (Screw in)
- Spark Plugs (Screw in)
- Headers 5x8mm
- Carburettor 4x8mm
- Electrics
- Starter 2x7mm
- Fuel Pump 2x7mm

STICK THE ENGINE RIGHT UP THE CAR
(Hoist takes 2 x 10mm)
(Fitting takes 3 x 11mm)

FINISH UP THE BASICS

- Radiator hoses (top front, back bottom, central)
- Fuel Tank 7x11mm,1x12mm (at fuel line)
- Fuel Tank Pipe
- Exhaust 3x7mm (2 near engine, 1 near rear)
- Muffler 1x7mm
- Steering Wheel 1x10mm
- Handbrake 4x8mm 1x5mm
- Seats 4x9mm each (2x for back seat)
- Dashboard 2x10mm
- Dashboard Meters 2x6mm

STICK SOME OIL IN THE ENGINE, COOLANT IN THE RADIATOR & FLUID IN THE BRAKES/CLUTCH

WITH A SCREWDRIVER ADJUST THE ALTERNATOR & IDLE SCREW
WITH A 14mm ADJUST THE WHEELS
START HER UP! (and fix the inevitable problems)

MAKE 'ER PRETTY:

- Hood 4x6mm
- Air Filter 2x6mm
- Doors 4x10mm each
- Fenders 5x5mm each
- Boot Lid 4x6mm
- Headlights 2x7mm each
- Grille 2x6mm
- Bumpers 2x8mm each
- Clock/RPM Gauge 2x7mm
(The rest just slots in)

If it's drifting left or right, adjust the wheels
if it's making a nasty whistling noise tighten the fan belt (by moving the alternator with a screwdriver)
if it's smoking or overheating adjust the alternator & idle screw

lol and the water pump can make a noise when it goes bad along with a bunch of other stuff ive worked on this car more than my real car

Um. Maintence. This shows how to build it. Need to find ways to treat my Satsuna so I don't wear it out quickly.
