Thats amazingo

You know, I don't think these resemble giant tree stumps...however, I do believe it is highly likely there were giant trees that towered thousands of feet into the sky here on earth long ago. In fact, one place I visited, Devils Tower, Wyoming does indeed resemble a petrified tree stump.
