Modernized Galil

As requested, here is modernized version of insurgent's Galil. Base model is the same, some parts were changed:
- Night sights flipped up, peep sight removed.
- UTG rail system
- Ergonomic grip
- Orlite polymer magazine

Not compatible with Galil retextures or model modifications. Both SAR and ARM share same magazine models, so you'll have the Orlite mag on the security Galil too. You can delete the magazine model if you don't like it.
