I bet I would have been able to release an even better version of this using LUA and PID's but I sadly got tired of From The Depths and lost my drive for it though it is still one my of most favorite games. Also my personal hint is to go for impact when using particle cannons as that usualy does the largest amount of damage compared to penetrating, explosive and emp
It's actualy a rather simple design and I believe the entire detection system works of the concept of every drone sharing their target location while also having one or two simple detection components. Effectivly creating the concept that the more drones you have the more accurate every drone will be /hopefully/. Sadly I didn't realy find this very resource effective so it went into the garbage can quickly for stuff like max difficulty campain but it was still fun to mess around with
