If you click on the image below it will give you a numbered reference grid, from the game, that you can use to determine which codes you're missing. You can turn these into the vendor at Tech Noir in Prague at any time. I've tried to keep the spoilers to a minimum.

This is found in Prague inside Koller's Time Machine bookstore up on the 2nd level. This one might be missable as well depending on how you deal with Otar if you try to pick this up after Golem City. You can always try getting back up into the book store using the sewer access that is in the area of the bookstore that takes you down into Koller's lab.
