These are not really spoilers, more like a nice surprise for those, who watch closely, and finds the key well into the story. At that point you should have the feeling that something's not quite right.
And you actually either have to stop the game experience, and start the prologue again, and use the code (which breaks immersion imo.) or you take a note, you play through, and after having the game finished, start over and check out the room.
Anyways, that's a very nice touch from the devs, my childish brain loves these lil surprises.

Typed all the hex into a translation engine before I found this page - mind you, it's kinda fun seeing the messages reveal. I love how Tom's "I'm a real boy" links to Pinocchio - kinda offsets all the Turing, ancient Greek and philosophy quotes.

Kind off Faroot - but generally people can't speak hex strings fluently.

*If* this is a spoiler, then the game is incorrectly implemented. Putting a message in hex is no barrier to reading it, as BN BN points out, even though it is mysterious to some percentage of players.

This is similar to putting a message in Portuguese: some people can just read it, even if they're in the minority, and everyone else can use google translate.

It's interesting that everyone instantly (and corectly) says tag this as spoilers, but they put it right at the start of the game - first thing I did was put the hex in a transaltor website because it's a puzzle game.

So the question is... is it spoilers, or are we supposed to know? lol

These messages are found in the locked office in the Prologue. The keycode to unlock it can be found at the end of chapters 2 and 3.

Does the inconsistency here bug anyone else? Invalid curly quotes in the first message, escaped quotes in the third… that code wouldn't run.

"I'm a real boy. I'm a real boy. I'm a real boy..." is the only one I found in the Fortuna.

There's another one at the start of the game that translates to "I'm a real boy." Repeated again and again.
