OD is wihtout any doubts- one of the most powerful heroes in all of dota. It's low cooldown and big range spell "Astral imprisonment" can do a lot damage in early game, and interrupt many enemies in all time, and the pure damage from od's cast attack can completely destroy lategame. Go and catch your +25 with this build. My winrate on ranked games with that is 100% so far :)
