This gives Ellis a shirt that bears the terror that flaps in the night, Darkwing Duck and his sidekick Launchpad McQuack!

Inspired by the popular 1991 cartoon Darkwing Duck, the design for the shirt was based off of the artwork for the VHS release of Darkwing Duck: Comic Book Capers with a little bit of tweaking to get it to look right.
This mod only changes the shirt Ellis is wearing, so feel free to use any sort of hat modification you want with it!
