By WingDingDingo
This is a reference guide for unlocking all Workers, Heroes, and buildings in Shop Heroes. This also shows which worker skills and artifacts are necessary to craft the common blueprints for items level 1 through 15. There is an interface explanation ultimately leading up to how to calculate item craft speeds.

[Reference] Skills & Artifact Requirements for Item Level 11-15 Common Blueprints
Common blueprints are naturally progressively unlocked by crafting other common blueprints. Common blueprints do not include package or chest blueprints.
[Interface] Crafting input total / crafting maximum.
You can also see this total, and all other worker skill totals by clicking on a worker. The number on the left is the skill input total. This the sum of all workers with that same skill type, the building boost (if active), and city upgrade (if unlocked). The second number on the right is the skill maximum which is limited and increased by workbenches.
[Interface] Workers
This is level 43 Angelina, the Sorceress. She has receives 7 skill points per level, which can be distributed among Alchemy, Magic, and Mastery. All workers have a maximum level of 50. Workers gain experience by collecting crafted items that require at least 1 of their skills (excluding Mastery). Workers also gain a flat amount of experience for each instant boost in the worker building. Workers may be fired, hired, and reset their skill points. Workers maintain their experience, level, and total skill points when fired, hired, or reset their skills. The cost to hire and reset skill points increases with the worker level.
[Interface] Worker Buildings
This is the level 50 Park. Buildings at different levels have a different quantity of individual investment increments available before reaching the next building level. Each investment in any building provides both a 30 minute stacking duration (up to 24 hours max) collective boost, and an instant boost. The collective benefits all players in your city for the duration and may be increased by any player. The instant boost benefits only the contributing player. The level 50 Park adds 350 skill points to Alchemy and Textile Working to all players in the city when boosted. The level 50 Park adds 2.3 Million experience to the Druid and Leather Worker of the investing player, only if either or both of those worker are actively hired.
[Interface] Workstation
This is a level 14 Alchemy Table workstation. It currently allows for a maximum of 750 Alchemy. At level 15, it will gain an additional 250 maximum for a total of 1000 maximum Alchemy. It will take 5 days to upgrade this workstation. Workstations may be upgraded with gold or gems. The gold cost of any furniture can be reduced by investing in the Town Hall prior to upgrading. The Town Hall can reduce the remaining time of actively upgrading furniture by a flat percentage, each investment.
[Interface] City Upgrades
Buildings in the city may be upgraded permanently by spending Crown Jewels. Crown Jewels are earned by players for Player versus Player (PvP) and Raids. The quantity of Crown Jewels from PvP varies depending on the player's Honor Rank and the degree of success per PvP ticket. Each reward unlock for Raids grants 10 Crown Jewels for a maximum of 250 Crown Jewels for each raid. The Sorcerer's Tower upgrade costs 1000 Crown Jewels. The Sorcerer's Tower grants +5% to both Rune Writing and Magic to all players in the city. For example, if you normally have 100 in Magic and 500 in Rune Writing, with this upgrade you would then have 105 in Magic and 525 in Rune Writing.
[Interface] Items
This is a level 31, Good Quality, Life Potion. This item is Mastered. Mastered items have an increased chance of exceptional crafts. Each item has an Info, Progress, and Statistic tab. The info displays the Resources (120 Herbs, 85 Oil, 22 Mana, 18 Jewels), Components (2 Yggdrasil Leaves, 3 Good Quality Strength Potions), Skill Minutes (4100 Alchemy Minutes, 3200 Magic Minutes, 1600 Arts & Crafts Minutes, 1600 Jewelry Minutes, and 3200 Rune Writing Minutes), the craft time (17 minutes 20 seconds), the quantity in your inventory (4), and the adjusted price if sold to your customers (390,625 gold). You may trash items (red icon in the lower left), lock an item to prevent you from suggesting items (lock on lower right), and favorite item to sort all favorite items in the crafting interface (star in lower right). The progress tab shows the 5 permanent rewards for crafting x number of that item and the quantity needs to receive that reward. The statistic tab is self explanatory. Blueprint Rarity indicates if it is Common (not from a Package or Chest), if it is an Uncommon or Rare (from chest), or Exclusive (Package or Raid).
[Calculations] Crafting Time
As indicated above, each item has a number of Skill Minutes it requires. Divide each of those numbers by your Skill input (from Workers, Worker Building Boosts, and City Upgrades). Add those numbers together. Then multiply by 0.75 (if the Item Progress Time Decreased -25% is unlocked).

These numbers are taken from the above skill totals (found in the Worker Image) and for the above item Life Potion.
