You can do this by jumping off the pier into the water for a quick insta-death. Doing this will give you enough pistol ammunition for the trials ahead.

You do this by moving up the path from the dock all the way up to the base of the mountain. Take the left fork (the cobblestone path) – the game should pop up with a message saying You Spot a Chainsaw Down The Hill. Pick it up – you will need your pistol ammo for later. The chainsaw is a terrible melee weapon and you will have to be within kissing distance of the monster you want to hurt in order to do damage. Once you get the chainsaw, start moving towards the graveyard.

In order to do this, all you have to do is move against the mountain until you climb up on top of it. Get to a high enough elevation that faces out onto the dock. Watch for the werewolf until he passes by. Once he passes by, you can go to the graveyard safely (for now).

If you take fall damage from climbing down the mountain, remember that the mushrooms will heal you. Don't go near them if you have a full health bar, as the game automatically picks them up if you get close enough.

There are bugs, rats, and spiders, and they will try and hump your body. You may brush off these personal displays of affection by looking around quickly. Remember to keep moving towards the inside of the graveyard. You will also encounter mummies, dispatch these with your chainsaw.

The voodoo doll is simple to find – all you need to do is walk into the graveyard until you reach the end, then turn and find the voodoo doll. The spear is much, much harder, since the developers thought it was a good idea to bury it almost completely underground. You can find it by looking for the large obelisk with the winged angel on top of it and then looking for the bright white point sticking up from underground. Once you grab it, equip it and get out of the graveyard as fast as possible. Try not to spend time fighting the mummies and bugs. You should have the spear out at all times when not fighting monsters because the werewolf has a habit of arriving near you suddenly, and the only way to kill the werewolf is with the spear. To kill the werewolf, run towards it with the spear equipped.

Exit the graveyard and go back to the fork in the road. Go down the cobblestone path until you see a shipwreck. Approach it from the left.

The voodoo doll looks like the last one you picked up – but there is a trap waiting for you. There is a giant green seaweed monster – a Swamp Thing, if you will – that will come out of the sea and attack you. To defeat it, you'll need a few magazines of pistol ammunition, which you can find lying around the area or by having died a lot. To defeat the Swamp Thing, shoot it until it dies.

Get back on the cobblestone path and go down it until you see a mushroom off in the distance. Get off the cobblestone path and head towards the mushroom. Go past the mushroom and turn right – you should see a pile of body parts and a few bars of gold. Collect the gold. Now you have all you need to defeat the witches in the forest.

To do this, you need to travel along the shore towards the adjacent island with the trees in the middle of it. Nearby there is more ammunition and a mushroom in case your health is low. Hang around as soon as you pick up the pistol magazine – a new one will respawn shortly. Do this three times.

Once you're ready, head past the rocks and into the forest. There are three witches. Two will die immediately because of the items you've picked up. Shoot at the remaining witch until it dies – you may need to retreat once to pick up health. Once you've defeated the witches, you will receive a head. This head is the weapon you will need to defeat the final boss.

Get back on the cobblestone path by going back the way you came and climbing up towards the mountain a bit. Follow the path all the way up the mountain. Dispatch any mummies you see with the pistol or chainsaw (it doesn't matter at this point). Once you've climbed up all the way to the top, equip the head and prepare to face your final enemy: A sort of undead hillbilly with a scythe. To defeat it, just throw the head at the hillbilly.
