I'm not too good at giving advice in general, really. But I've been told it's pretty much the lighting that matters the most, posing doesn't have to be perfect. Just make it look like you put some effort into posing them, and you should be fine.

You'll obviously need an editing program, like Photoshop or Gimp.

What did you use to make this such as the filter,lightingeffects,tools etc. because I really want to make pictures like these.
