Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod"
Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod"
Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\backgrounds"
Remove all pics from the folder.
