  • Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam"

  • Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common"
  • Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod"
  • Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod"
  • Open "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\backgrounds"
  • Remove all pics from the folder.
  • Add your own images and you should be good to go.
