Voice Amplifier SWEP

Use this swep to speak to people in an expandable radius or even talk to you whole server with a touch of a button!

For some reason this was taken down a while back and I, Servius, couldnt find it anywhere. Church had a copy on hand and provided what you all are downloading now. So big thank you to him!

Great thanks to Dan for creating the tool. As of 5/21/2017 he has been added as a creator for the addon. He will be updating it pretty soon.
