Originally included in Fast Ship Transitions which has been split into Faster Warp and Faster Ship Travel

@m3ntaltrauma3xhibit You shouldn't use this if your system is struggling to run the game. This mod skips the teleport animation which masks background loading. Most modern and decent systems are able to immediately load which benefits from this mod because the animation is a set speed and the player is forced to wait without the mod.
