Available at Combined Arms.
Can be obtained by upgrading existing Pz. IV Ausf. F2 tanks.

+10% Combat Strength when adjacent to another friendly unit
+5% Defense
Has ranged support fire prior to melee attack.
Can move after attacking.
No defensive terrrain bonuses.
