Badge Tiers
The point is that after completing the experience at level 150 your badge will change its tier to one higher and this marks the new color of the badge case. Again, the level counter will be reset to the first. And so it should happen eight times to reach maximum top.
This change was introduced on October 20, 2017 and March 28, 2018 was updated badge colors. How old badges looked (10.20-03.28), can the familiarize here[imgur.com].
Do not confuse grade and tier.

Dr. Thaddeus, I experience issues with casual literally on a daily basis. I often get connected to the losing team, or get connected at the end of the match and then the game sends me on the map I don't even have checked on my list, It's also pretty difficult to find matches on a certain map, even if the map is at the top of the list (but I feel like it's because valve keeps stuffing the game with shitty useless content without any control. If we had less maps, more people would play on actually good maps and it'd be easier to find a match.). So, all the hate is justified and people will keep hating on casual in 2025, and in 2026, and in 2027 too, unless valve does something about it.

not only me friend. everyone hated that system and valve servers. because worthless since 2016. i wish valve did add Frontline! Community Major Update than this meet your match update.

+Xtreme_Shoot meet your match hating on 2025 holy shit, the only thing i despise is auto balancing, imagine if nowadays tf2 servers ran on community based only with the modern community, would be a mess and probably valve would ban or make mod based servers less popular
