Introduction
This is a guide to getting all the achievements in Dungeon of the Endless. It is written with the assumption you are trying to get the achievements without using mods or cheating. It should go without saying that most of these are easier to get on the "very easy" difficulty setting of the game. All of the achievements are listed alphabetically and have the appropriate achievement icon next to them. If you are looking for some basic game strategies or tactics try checking the following guides:

Basic Training

Win a game with the Escape Pod.

Pretty self-explanatory, just win a game using the basic escape pod. It will probably be the only one available to you when you start the game.

Bookworm

Win a game with the Library Pod.

Complete a run through using the Library Pod. This pod should unlock after you complete a run through with the basic escape pod so long as you have the Crystal Edition of the game or the Bookworm DLC. Be sure you have a good idea of how to setup your modules for defence before trying this.

*EDIT
It's also been reported that this pod doesn't unlock in the Crystal Edition of the game until you have completed the Science Fair Winner achievement.
Champions' League

Win a game with each hero.

Finish the final floor with all of the following heroes:

Max O'Kane
Sara Numas
Gork "Butcher" Koroser
Nurse Deena Ratchet
Opbot DV8
Hikensha
Troe Pekenyo
Golgy Phurtiver
Skroig
Rakya Pulmoni
Ken Massoqui
Lady Joleri Tulak
Warden Mormish
Elise Ness
Chef Nanor
Mizi Kurtiz
Josh 'Ntello
Dell Bradford
Pat Bates
Misha Cherny
Kaspar Herab
Rosetta Q

If you're not sure who you have beaten the game with, just mouse over them when starting a new game and below their stats you'll see on the far right how many times you've beaten the final level with them in your group.

Dexterous

Kill each type of mob 50 times.

This will take you several run throughs to complete as some monsters only spawn occasionally. You will know when you have killed 50 of a certain type when their picture appears in the album.

For more information on monsters check this guide[dungeon-of-the-endless.wikia.com].

Dust Hoarder

Never lose Dust in a winning game.

To get this you will need to play super defensively and make sure nothing ever reaches your crystal throughout an entire run. I recommend setting up Neurostunners and Tear Gas in good defensive rooms and taking heroes like Gork who can hold a room by themselves. Getting this achievement will unlock the Refreezerator Pod.

NOTE: Spending Dust to buy stuff from a merchant apparently counts as losing it, so do NOT spend any Dust during your run.

Endless Day

On this day, Endless technology lights up and strange things appear...

This achievement, like the other Endless games, can be gotten every year between January 21st and January 25th. If it's January 26th or later when you are reading this, don't freak out. The developers posted this on the forums:

http://steamproxy.com/app/249050/discussions/0/613948093880244457/

Basically if you set your PC's date to somewhere between January 21st and 25th, you can load up the game and Esseb Tarosh will be available for selection in a new game. Once you have played through 3 consecutive floors with him, he will unlock permanently. If you can finish a game with him, you will unlock the achievement.
Endless Mining

Reach the 24th floor with the Drill Pod.

This can be very hard to do, I recommend checking out this guide for tips and strategies to make it to floor 24: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=357787512

Elevator Song

After bringing the crystal to the exit, defend the elevator room for a full minute.

This shouldn't be too hard once you've played a few games. Simply setup a series of rooms with good defense modules along the way to the elevator room (Neurostunners and Tear Gas for example). Make sure to power every room on the way to and around the elevator room so that any monster spawns are as far away as possible. The timer starts once your crystal carrier enters the room, and if you have placed enough defensive modules along the path to the elevator room you should have no problem dealing with the few monsters tough enough to make it there. After a minute, the achievement should pop up and you can exit to the next level.

Alternatively if you have enough power to activate every room on the floor you can just power them all, grab the crystal, and then wait at the elevator for a minute to get the achievement.

Everybody Goes Home

Never have a hero killed in a winning game.

Just don't let any of your heroes die during a run. This doesn't apply to heroes you don't recruit so don't worry if they get killed by monsters while you're busy doing other things.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Escape the dungeon with a Guard, a Prisoner and a Native as your team.

To complete this achievement you must finish the game with any combination of guard, prisoner and native characters.

Guards: Sara Numas, Ken Massoqui, Nurse Deena Ratchet
Prisoners: Rakya Pulmoni, Max O'Kane, Gork "Butcher" Koroser
Natives: Skroig, Hikensha, Mizi Kurtiz

Please note that Sara Numas and Gork "Butcher" Koroser will attempt to kill each other if they are in the same group for too long, so it's best not to use them together.

Grab 'Em All

Tamed all of the monsters, across any number of playthroughs.

A frustrating achievement, as there is no indication which monsters you've tamed. To get this you will need to play with Sasha Chokyo. A lot. She is the only character who can tame monsters, and she only tames the strongest one currently in the room. Check this guide[dungeon-of-the-endless.wikia.com] for a list of monsters.

Graduated Med School

Win a game with the Infirmary Pod.

Compete a game using the Infirmary Pod. Should be pretty easy, the pod unlocks after you complete your first game. Just remember your team won't auto-heal after combat and you should have no trouble with this.

Guns 'n Glory

Win a game with the Armory Pod.

Another pod that unlocks after you complete your first game. This one requires you to select 4 heroes to start with, and doesn't give out much in the way of anything else. I recommend choosing strong combat heroes and prioritizing food and science modules, and research good defensive ones as quickly as possible.

HR Boss

Own 4 heroes in the team for the first time.

Very easy, simply hire an additional two heroes during one of your games (making sure no one dies before you fill out your team of course) and you will get this.

Hurnacide

Kill each type of Hurnas mobs 50 times.

Hurnas are the orc/goblin looking things, and you will eventually kill 50 of each just by playing the game through a few times. The Rescue Team DLC adds two new Hurnas monsters, I'm not sure if these count towards this achievement or not.

I Could Quit If I Wanted To

Open 10,000 doors.

Grind, grind, grind. That's all this is and it will almost certainly be the last achievement you get. if you want to try and rush for it I recommend starting a game on easy and running both your starting heroes through all the doors on level one as fast as possible (don't stop to fight), exiting through the elevator, and then quitting and starting the process over. If anyone knows a faster way please let me know.

Maxed Out

Level up a hero to level 15 for the first time.

Fairly easy to get, you can stockpile food using a character with the operator ability and just keep leveling someone like Hikensha or Kreyang who costs less per level and eventually you will hit 15. Alternatively, you couldl probably get this easily with any character while doing the Drill Pod achievement due to its length.

Medpack Addict

Spend 1,000 Food by healing heroes in a single game.

Very easy to get, especially if you are playing the Infirmary Pod or Drill Pod.

Members Only

Win a game with the Escape Pod without recruiting additional heroes.

Start a normal game and don't hire any additional heroes for the entire run. Can be quite tough, especially on later floors. Check out this hero guide for who you should take: https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=391676856

Mr. Cleaner

Win a game with the Sanitary Pod.

To unlock this pod you will need to either reach floor 24 with the Drill Pod or complete a game without using the pause button. This is quite a hard pod to complete a game with as everything is made more difficult, only attempt this after your are very familiar with the team members and modules.

Onward and Upward

Complete the first floor for the first time in a multiplayer game.

Just like it says, start a multiplayer game and finish the first floor. The hardest part will be finding someone to play with.

The Other Great Escape

Win a multiplayer game.

Complete a multiplayer game using any pod. Again, finding someone to play through the entire game will be the hardest part of getting this.

Out of the Cold

Win a game with the Refreezerator Pod.

To unlock the Refreezerator Pod you will need the Deep Freeze DLC and to have completed a run through without your crystal taking any damage. This is a very difficult pod to complete the game with as you can only take 1 hero. You will want someone who is fast and can deal good damage like Mizi Kurtiz.
Real Heroes Don't Pause

Never use pause in a winning game.

Just like it says, never hit that space bar during a run. Just play defensively and make sure everyone is where they need to be before you open the next door. Scrolling out to view the entire level and direct your team that way also helps.

Rocket Scientist

Research all the modules (lvl 4).

Research all modules to max level. This can be done over multiple play throughs or during the Drill Pod achievement.

Science Fair Winner

Research all the modules (lvl 1) in a winning game.

This isn't too hard, but probably don't try to get it in your first game. Spreading out all your research tends to make things harder as you won't be concentrating on getting the few you actually want to use to max level. Remember that this includes the major modules as well, so you will need to research the Industry, Food, Science, LAN, Tactical HUD, Field Medic, Shop and Emergency Generator too.

So much for the mission

Win a game with all of the members of the Rescue Team.

You need to exit the final level with Sasha Chokyo, Zugma Walker and Wes Davoun. Either start with two and hope you find the 3rd on your run, or start an Armory Pod game and don't loose anyone.

Soiled with glue

Win a game with the Organic Pod.

Finish a game with the Organic Pod, attainable in the free Organic Matters DLC. This is another hard pod and I recommend taking strong fighting characters. Your modules will slowly take damage and once you reach floors with monsters who target modules things will get a lot harder. You will also have to be very picky about which rooms you power.

Team Builder

Unlock a hero for the first time.

To unlock a hero you need to hire them in a dungeon and keep them alive for 3 levels, or exit the dungeon with them. After that they are unlocked for all future games.

Too Much Is Not Enough

Build 50 modules in a single floor.

This isn't too hard and you might get it without even trying. You can stockpile some Industry and build a ton of Prisoner Prod modules on the final floor to get this if necessary.

Waste Not Want Not

Stock 300 cumulated FIS.

Have a combined total of 300 Food/Industry/Science. Very easy, most likely you will get this on your first run.

What's Behind Every Door?

Open each door in each floor in a winning game.

This can be hard, as later in the game you will have to setup good choke points and defensive rooms to counter for the fact you won't have nearly enough dust to power every room. Still doable, just be careful and play defensively.

Yearbook Editor

Complete the Album.

To get this you will need to do the following:

  • Kill every monster 50 times

  • Finish the game with every pod except the Organic Pod (and reach floor 24 with the Drill Pod).
While you do get an album picture when you reach the end of floor 12 with this pod, it doesn't count towards the achievement. I already had most of the other stuff from the Organic Matters DLC unlocked when I got this, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't count either.

  • Unlock every character except Esseb Tarosh

  • Get the following biography secrets:
"Australium!" with Dell Bradford, Pat Bates, Misha Cherny and Kaspar Herab
"Bug vs. Bugeater" with Skroig and Golgy Phurtiver
"Clash of Heroes" with Sara Numas and Gork "Butcher" Koroser
"Downfall" with Rakya Pulmoni and Elise Ness
"Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Interrogative" with Opbot DV8 and Ken Massoqui
"Who Talked?" with Max O'Kane, Troe Pekenyo, Josh 'Ntello and Warden Mormish
"With Honor!" with Hikensha and Mizi Kurtiz

  • Finish the game (or reach floor 24) with Sasha Chokyo, Wes Davoun and Zugma Walker

The only achievement that takes long is the 10,000 doors for I Could Quit if I Wanted To.

*EDIT
Apparently this achievement can be a little hinky, some people have reported getting it despite not reaching floor 24 with the Drill pod (and the picture still being greyed out in the yearbook) or using the Refreezerator pod at all.

@Рикифан - yes, at least four achievements are related to paid DLC.

Tip: For the "What's Behind Every Door?" achievement, the game counts every door opened no matter what. So if you need to, you can grab the crystal, let every door open, then leave. It'll still count.

For achievement "Complete the Album" you dont need do all i think. There is 51 pictures in album if you need to get achievement, but since new dlcs come out we have more pictures. You can skip several pictures in the album(for example - didnt get biography secret) and still get this acievement as i did.

This question is quite old but Jon.Topps and others. Using Esc (even if if pauses the game) worked for me to get the no pausing achievment.

For not pausing, are you allowed to press escape? I really don't want to have to beat the entire game in one sitting, or leaving my computer on overnight, lol.

I bought 2 additional heroes for HR Boss and didn't receive it

Very disappointed by the number of achievements that are depending on buying DLC but thanks for the guide. At least I won't waste my time trying to 100% this one

Thankfully almost all of the DLC is free now :D (Except the "Rescue Team add-on" which gets discounted to $0.49)

Also just for info, I have the Crystal Edition and the library pod doesn't just unlock after a basic run in escape pod. You need to unlock the Science Fair Winner achievement first.
