Titanfall HCOG for Eotech

Pooped this out on a whim as sort of an experiment with the zoom animations flexibility. Turned out pretty well, so here you go I guess.
Doesn't use reticle textures at all and instead just hides it; maybe I'll put out a version later that does. Don't subscribe to a reticle after this or you'll be seeing it in front of the model's crosshairs, which looks really silly.

(If you know what you're doing, feel free to unpack the VPK, get rid of the transparent reticle material, and make the model crosshair transparent; you should be able to use any reticle just fine then)
