The fellow in the tank is Athetos, final boss from the metroidvania Axiom Verge. It's not a particularly well known game, but certainly worth playing

There is the bad guy from Freedom Planet on the left lower, then the bad guy from Cave story on the lower right. I don't know the Anubis guy or the dude in the tank. Actually I might, but I don't recall offhand.

I know the Nuclear Throne from Nuclear Throne, the Enchantress from Shovel Knight and Santan from The Binding of Isaac. The shadow on the wall is probably a boss from Hyper Light Drifter. But other than those, I can't identify the others.
