Step 1:

Travel to the NWAF and find a guy that is shooting at ppl and zombies and shoot him! Don't worry he will heal over time.

Step 2:

Drag him into a cell and let him starve. If he starts making noises and bend his head then its time to feed him but be careful if you don't feed him then he will die.

Step 3:

Now you must poke it with a syringe. This is going to make it fall asleep.

While it sleeps you can clothe the lizard and even groom him!

Step 4:

When you want to release the lizard forever then simply open his cell and doors. He should come out but it will take some time. Please be patient! When he goes outside please do not make him do stupid stuff and just make him go to NWAF to die :)
