How To Be A Good Roleplayer
By Piffy and 1 collaborators
Many people on WolfQuest love to Roleplay. This is a guide on how to not make a fool of yourself when you begin to RP.

Perfecting Your Wolf's Description
The first thing you do in a Roleplay game is describe your wolf (what it looks like, it's personality, etc.).
You have to try and make it as interesting as possible. Not too short where it's not enough information but not too long so that people get bored. An ideal description is usually 2 chat boxes big (unfortunately, I have a bad habit of making mine extremely long x3).
Here is an example: Snow/female/extremely curious/generally kind/can be aggressive towards strangers/is an able fighter if a fight arises/tawny white fur/small black circle around her right eye/pale scar on her lower jaw.

Another thing with your wolf's description: stay to true to it!. I've seen various people say one thing about their wolf then change it immediately as the RP goes on. Take the example description above. If Snow suddenly turned into a crazed murdering wolf because she's meet another wolf she doesn't like, that isn't staying true to your description.
Changing your wolf slowly over time through the RP is completely fine, though!

Once you perfect your wolf's description, you're ready to move on to the next part!

Correcting Mistakes & Choosing The Right Words
When you're typing your Roleplay sentence, double check for any spelling errors.

It's hard for others to read what you said when it looks like this: "Snow hutned 4 teh ekl heard.". It's much easier to understand when you take a few moments to correct yourself and change it: "Snow hunted for the elk herd.". If you're unsure on how to spell a word, give it your best shot or do what I do: Google it.

It is also ideal to swap out simple words for larger words that mean the same thing, to make it more impressive. Example: Deteriorating instead of rotting, or swiveled instead of turned. It tends to get people intrigued, but try not to use too impressive of a word or some people might not know what you're talking about.

NO Immediate Interaction!
I have seen quite a few Roleplayers rush up to another Roleplayer as soon as the RP starts.

Don't be one of those people!

It can be annoying for both players. Try to give it a little bit of time before your wolf interacts with another, else things might seemed very rushed if everyone meets
as soon the RP starts (unless, of course, you've all agreed to a pack RP from the start).

Controlled Power Roleplaying
Most people love to do realistic Roleplays, but some others like doing power Roleplays.

If you are going to do a power Roleplay, try not to make your wolf have too many powers or one very dominate and insanely strong power. It can ruin in the RP for everyone else and may make other players shy away from you as you RP. An example would be if you're in a power RP and you just meet up with another wolf/player in the RP. Immediately the opposing player says: "Snow suddenly grows bigger and stronger, and lunging for the other wolf's throat, she easily snapped his neck and killed him.".

Nobody want's to play with a Roleplayer like that.

Don't be one!

I used to rp on this game all the time. and it was people who would constantly try to hook up with my wolf what made me stop. i honestly don't know if I can ever rp in this community again because of it.

i play roblox to find RP ppl on a wolf game be like "ALL POWERS CANNOT DIE, INVINCIBLE" it annoys me to see ppl think of there wolf as the coolest ever in the game, idc if they are a regular skinned wolf an not a special, i care that they act as if they are invincible, really hate ppl like that. :GDDemon::GDHarder:

@YEWTREE1234

I would just double check at the start of the RP that people are okay with your wolf having those abilities.
