Open it with notepad

Открываем папку: ***\Steam\userdata\63427263\22350\local\base
Создаем в ней файл с именем "autoexec.cfg"
Открываем его через блокнот
Вставляем данный текст

Чтобы открыть консоль нажимаем тильду "~"
Для того чтобы работали все команды вводим в консоли "devmap 1"

You can instead use the toggle command so you only have to press one keybind to cycle between HUD (or weapons) on/off. Example:
bind "F3" "toggle g_showHud"
Bind "F4" "toggle ui_showgun"
