I commented line 190 in DamageCore.cs and lava damages grids again.
//eff.Start(e.Value, eff.Name);
It does not damage player though.
Quick fix share, to those who wants it.

What would be even more awesome is if Keen provided fluid dynamics and temperature effects in this game. Then you could make the lava act like a thick fluid (as in reality) and set the temperature to >1000°C which should cause damage to grid blocks and characters, maybe with an exception to heavy armour so that you can still collect it and turn it into ore/ingots.
I guess I am asking for too much xD
No reason to get all excited for a mod that's broken.
