English/Japanese Vert voice mod

Tested as of War of the Chosen Expansion

You can run the voice pack in War of the Chosen without issue despite the launcher's warning, but you cannot equp the voice pack to any soldier belonging to the new three faction classes.

Tried to balance the sound volume of the English voices to more closely match the volume of the in-game soldier voices.

If the voice pack seems to disappear on the launcher, try flicking between the vanilla and WotC buttons near the bottom.

About the mod
══════════

This is a mod that adds both a English and Japanese Vert to the character pool. Vert quotes are used depending on the action used. (Where appropriate) The mod includes the following:

- English option, that has 268 lines.
- Alternate English option from Megadimension Neptunia that has 126 lines.
- Japanese option, that has 277 lines.
- Radio filter added by audacity.

The voices can only be used on female characters.
