Tweaked Vanilla Insurgent Textures

By request, a "reskin" to match with my tweaked sec texture mod:

What is tweaked? Increased the sharpening/contrast of the textures. Added a fabric pattern to the textures.

Credit to NWI for original textures.

If you want this mod to work, you can try subscribing to the old vanilla models/textures I uploaded here and then subscribing to this:
