This is a Nextbot Smart NPC of JARAY THE RAT.
JARAY THE RAT was drawn by Flowey, and the image belongs to them.
This behaves exactly like the Sanic SNPC... Because it is the Sanic SNPC, but reskinned, with replaced sounds, so it is some cancer on the internet.
