I got a solution for you.

This isn't just a problem for AZG, Its also prominent in a few other games, what is happening is that the Right Trigger is read as always pressed, so, How do we fix that? Let's keep scrolling...

It's safe to say make sure your driver is up to date, you can find the driver here[wccftech.com] or simply update your computer for Windows 10 users.

Thr First thing you would do is the Access Printers and Devices via Control Panel


Now we are going to access the Controller's properties...

Under the Hardware Tab, Select The 3rd Option, "XINPUT compatible HID device", then click properties.

From there, Select Change Settings...


Then Update Driver

Then you'll get this prompt, Simply select the "Browse" Option

And then Pick from a List

Last Step; Select the "HID-compliant input device" option then click "Next"


Once the process is done, you can now restart your computer, when you reboot and Play, the triggers are fixed.

So far, Phantasy Star Online 2 and Azure Striker Gunvolt seems to have this issue, but I'm guessing every game that has this issue will be fixed.

Let's add Xinput rumble for This Controller, it's compatable with both the Xbox 360 controller and the Xbox One controller, this adds Rumble/Feedback to games that normally have it, but for some reason or another it doesn't work.

Now there's more function and less hassle with your controller, now you can simply just play the game, better yet, every game that has this same issue so no more Xpadder, Joy2key, or Controller Companion presets for this game.
