Straight outta First Assault, it's their snazzy Evo analogue! Sounds pulled straight from the game. Might not sound 100% accurate all the time because of the Fmod accoustic magic First Assault performs that isn't present in Insurgency.

Neople - All original assets.
Farengar and MrBrightside - All original animations.
analblaze - Ripping, mixing, diddling, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
Shampooh - Rigging, compiling, model adjustment, skillful copy-pasting from previously optimized VMTs.
