You need to listen and look to find these!  Your best bet is to turn up the volume -- it is the most predominant characteristic, just like finding caches in Sabotage missions.

Reinforced containers are very rare, with approximately a 1% chance to spawn per mission.  You have to actively seek them out, or the odds of finding them are infinitesimal.

I ran into the first one randomly.  The second, I was merely going around busting containers and opening lockers, when I heard that faint-yet-unmistakable sound.

So far, I have not located any Orokin containers, but they also exist.

If you're looking to find the Mantis landing craft parts, you'll need to get one of each part from Corpus, Grineer, and Orokin Void missions, while the blueprint is on the market for 35000 credits.  The drop chance for a Mantis part within those containers is also exceedingly rare, so the actual odds are in the neighborhood of 1-in-10000 missions or so, assuming you actually find these containers when they do spawn.
