I am NOT the original author. I got this straight from www.garrysmod.org and uploaded it to the workshop.

I did some simple work and decided to take the time to fix, NOT ALL BUT MOST, the lag issue. You will still get some lag depending on each button you press. I raised the health and strength of all func_physbox to 100. I also added in materials, models, and sounds which I am sure you guys already have them. Anyways what took so long to fix was I was still basically a noob to hammer, but after working on a couple maps of my own I got better. Such a simple fix that I thought would take a half hour maybe took me like 1 minute. Anyways due to all the complaints and lack of reading the description, because why does a 12 year old need to read when mommy and daddy got him a brand new phone to do all the work for him, I fixed the map. MOST of it. Enjoy.
