Let it just be said for ANYONE LOOKING TO FIX OBJECTS TILTED BY THE "MOVETO PLAYER" COMMAND :
setaxis x 0 then just pick up in workshop mode and handle typically.
I tried to build an elevator to my half made concrete power station only to find out that the elevator is a block (I'd say the difference is about that size of that small pillar concrete wall structure)higher with each floor than with my usual setup...the concrete stairs would be short two steps so would need to add that extra stair case onto my large stair case...or use the warehouse staircase which fits perfectly to the floor height of each floor of the elevator....

Plus console usage gives you control to the mods you have in the game, unlike mods where you don't exactly know what other variables the modder touched.
