Modernized Galil SAR

Modernized version of security Galil. Base model is the same, some parts were changed:
- Night sights flipped up, peep sight removed.
- UTG rail system
- Ergonomic grip
- Orlite polymer magazine

This is no longer compatible with Galil SAR retextures. Both SAR and ARM share same magazine models, so you'll have the Orlite mag on the insurgent's Galil too. You can delete the magazine model if you don't like it.
