I dunno. I felt like testing out this method of propulsion, and I couldn't figure out what to do with it at the end so I just made it spin a stick of torches. Seems to have an impressive amount of torque and force, I'll probably revisit this in the future and make something that does work out of it. Feel free to use and build off it, just make sure to credit me in the description if you upload something derived from it to the workshop.
