Just a quick thing, I got all of these achievements in this order.

Space Opera
Just after the game starts, go through the very right door from the living quaters for the guests, then interact with the TV and you'll get it.

Checkpoint
Finish Act 1.

The Dark Side
After boarding the J.A.C. ship, go through the door, then go to the end of the corridor, and enter that door. There should be this prisoner:

Go to the prisoner and click "Use item on prisoner" then pick the stun gun. If the stun gun doesn't work try using the screw driver. If that doesn't work try using metal clamps. (You can get these from the ship)

Creator
Finish Act 2.

Top Marks
When you're training with the robots, after you finish with the 2, you'll ask about the 3rd and the doctor will say it was not meant to be used. Ask him if you can, and if you successfully complete the test, you'll get the cheeve.

Booby Trap
After you get your red suit, go directly up to this room, after you get there interact with this locker by choosing "enter combination". After you do that you'll get shocked and gain an achievement.

Fugitive
Finish Act 3 and the game.

You can use the metal clamps on the prisonner, before you combine them with the cable. That's how I've unlocked it. Myself, the stun gun didn't unlock it.

i tried using stun gun several times, restarted the game and even saved and reinstalled the game while trying. but in my case screwdriver worked ) and it's more logical looking at achievement description - Gail says something like "how can i even think of it?" because yeap screwdriver is maybe a little less humanistic than stun gun )

Did you try using the stun gunr? Because when I used a stun gun it worked fine, stun gun also has to be uncharged to use it.

I'm not sure maybe it was changed or you are mistaken but in order to get The Dark Side you have to try to use a screwdriver on a prisoner, not the stun gun.
