Hello, gokaycc,

My name is Vincent and I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with downloading the Deep Ocean content for Anno 2070. I also want to apologise for the time it has taken to respond and thank you for providing the video of the error.

The reason why you are being prompted to restart Anno 2070 is due to Deep Ocean needing to be installed, which should have been done automatic with the autopatcher. In this situation, I would recommend downloading and installing the patch manually. To do this, please download the patch here:

http://static2.cdn.ubi.com/patches/anno2070/Anno2070_Offlinepatcher_2_00.zip

Once downloaded, please install it. You may receive a EULA error, please just click on 'OK' on the EULA page. If the install does not work first time, please repeat until the installation works.

Once installed, please restart Anno 2070 and the game will ask to reboot again. This time the autopatcher should download a small file and then the game should work after starting the game.

I installed Anno 2077, Start it up, and it tells me I need to restart to activate an add-on. So I click Reboot, and it restarts, the Autopatcher starts up in DOS mode, then closes immediately. Ok, so I start the game again, and the same goddamn thing, Reboot to activate, so I do, and again, and again. PLZ HELP
