Wraith king is perhaps one of the most baller heroes you will ever meet. He is a king. He is green. He is a fast killing machine. He has a crit that is nearly as strong as PA's ult. He has a stun that has a 8 SECOND cool down. He has a aura life steal that is better then a satanic. Finally, if he doesn't seem OP and needs to be nerfed, he has a second life.
All he needs now is to be able to RUN DOWN AND SMACK ANY F***ER HE SEES. That's where this build comes in :)

Tips and wraith king dominating tricks:
1: If he doesn't have enough mana for his ult he dies. (Thats why AM is a counter)
2: Laning stage he has no ability to escape.
3: Level 1 in his ult has a immense cooldown, so dont get too ballsy!
4: With is crazy fast speed, he can beat Usain Bolt in the 200 metre.
5: Finally, Wraith King is a King, so make sure to have your enemies bow before him, with little blood pools as well.
