Map borders are the wooden fences and the long bridge. So the area on its right (2nd screen) is just for the looks.

There are:

6 smokes: 2 at the entrance of the underwater tunnel, 2 inside of it, 2 at the ends of the long bridge (in the corners of the map)

2 molotovs: 1 at the top of the wooden stairs and 1 at the mini ramps

1 henade: in the tunnel room
